Since 2026, Borslong Car Rental Services has offered premium travel solutions throughout Laguna and Metro Manila. Whether you need a self-drive car or a chauffeur service, we cater to a range of needs, from business trips and leisure travel to special events and airport pickups.
Our fleet of modern BYD Seal 5 DM-i sedans is hybrid, providing exceptional fuel efficiency and an environmentally friendly choice. For your convenience, all our vehicles are equipped with RFID for tollways and are exempt from Metro Manila's color-coding scheme, ensuring a smooth journey every time.
1) Our available and upcoming Vehicles are from BYD. A reputable global manufacturer of new energy vehicles (NEV), battery electric vehicles (BEV), and plug-in hybrids (PHEV). One full tank reaches 1,000+ kilometers. Thus saving you more than fifty percent (50%) of your gasoline expenses.
2) Our Vehicles are RFID (Auto Sweep and Easy Strip) ready. DTI, BIR and LTO registered.
3) Our Vehicles are fully insured with Milestone Guaranty and Assurance Corporation (MGAC) Comprehensive Motor Insurance, which provides full protection against accidental damage, theft, fire, and acts of nature, along with third-party liability coverage.
4) Our Vehicles are exempt from the MMDA Color Coding Scheme.
5) Our Vehicles are fully maintained, sanitized, and disinfected before and after use.
1) Buckle up when driving.
2) Follow speed limits.
3) No texting, no eating, no adjusting of gadgets while driving.
4) Keep a safe distance always.
5) Use indicators, mirrors, and check blind spots
6) DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.
7) Don’t drive under the influence of drugs and/or under sedative prescription drugs.
8) Avoid driving if you are sleepy, fatigued, or stressed.
9) Observe traffic rules, stop signs, lights, and road markings.
10) Drive slowly when it is raining, there is heavy fog, or there is poor visibility.
11) Check tires, lights, and leakages before driving. Lock doors when leaving the vehicle.
12) BRING A LOT AND LOTS OF PATIENCE WHEN DRIVING. YOU WILL SURELY LOSE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN ANY ROAD RAGE INCIDENT.
13) Children 12 years old and below, or under 5 feet tall is not allowed to sit at the front passenger seat at all times.
14) Always drive safely, remember your family is waiting for you at home.
As of February 2026
USE OF VEHICLE
1) The Vehicle shall be used for lawful purposes only and in accordance with Philippine laws, LTO regulations, MMDA, and Local Government Unit (LGU) traffic rules.
2) Only the client or his/her approved authorized drivers may operate the Vehicle.
3) The vehicle should not be used for:
a) sub-leasing, or lending to another person
b) illegal activities, transport of illegal drugs
c) racing, towing, off-road driving
d) ride-hailing, using as a taxi
e) commercial, agricultural, and delivery use
f) practice driving
4) Vehicle shall not be taken outside the agreed areas without written consent.
5) The vehicle should not be used on off-road, flooded, bumpy, or improperly maintained roads.
DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY
The driver shall:
a) Strictly 18 years old and above at the time of driving.
b) Possess a valid Philippine or International Driver’s License
c) Should possess LTO Driving License Restriction Code B and B1.
d) Drive responsibly and observe all traffic laws
e) Ensure the Vehicle is properly secured when not in use
f) Immediately inform us of any accident, breakdown, or damage
g) For a Senior Citizen driver, he/she must be physically and mentally fit to drive. If we doubt the ability of the Senior Citizen to drive. We may require a medical certificate from an LTO-accredited clinic before driving the Vehicle.
RENTAL TERMS, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND
1) Rental Payment and Security Deposit should be paid before taking the Vehicle. Payments can be made in cash, GCash, or a bank-to-bank transaction.
2) The client who pays the rental fee first or the reservation fee will have the confirmed reservation and booking schedule.
3) Rental begins and ends at the agreed pickup/delivery and return time.
4) Early return or pretermination, no refunds.
5) Late returns incur 10% of the rental fees per hour.
6) Paid bookings and reservations should be confirmed by the client 24 hours before the scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
7) Paid booking and reservations cancelled or rescheduled by the client, 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled date, will be charged Php 1,000. The remaining rental fee and security deposit will be returned.
8) Paid bookings and reservations cancelled or rescheduled by the client, less than 24 hours (1 hour - 23 hours) before the scheduled date, shall forfeit the full payment. Only the security fee will be returned.
9) No-show clients will forfeit their payment. If the client shows up later, they are allowed to use the vehicle for the agreed rental time. If the client wishes to continue and extend the usage of the Vehicle. The client will be charged according to the rental rates, provided that the vehicle has no confirmed bookings or reservations.
10) Clients who wish to continue and extend the usage of the Vehicle for another day or days will be allowed. Provided that the Vehicle has no confirmed bookings or reservations. The client must inform us immediately and will be charged according to the rental rates.
11) Item(s) left behind by the client and brought under our notice are termed “Lost and Found” items. The client will be immediately informed. If the client does not come and collect the item(s). A period of 1 month for non-perishable value item(s). And 2 days for perishable item(s). Disposal for such item(s) will be conducted after the prescribed holding period.
FUEL POLICY
The Vehicle is released to the client with a full fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Any fuel shortage upon return shall be charged to the client.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
All traffic violations, fines, penalties, towing, impounding fees, and administrative charges incurred during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the client, including MMDA, LGU, and LTO violations.
All No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) violations will be held accountable and charged to the client. Even if the Notice of Violation (NOV) was served 3 months later.
RFID, TOLLS, AND PARKING
All toll fees, parking charges, and RFID usage incurred during the rental period shall be paid by the client. Any unpaid RFID charges shall be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
Any overpayment by the client of RFID will not be refunded. Ensure exact payment on RFID.
VEHICLE CONDITION AND INSPECTION
The client acknowledges receipt of the Vehicle in good running condition, subject to the Vehicle Condition Checklist. The client agrees to return the Vehicle in the same condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Routine maintenance due to normal use shall be borne by us. Any damage, misuse, or repair resulting from negligence or violation of this Agreement shall be charged to the client or the responsibility of the client, such as:
1) tire burst
2) human vomit or pet vomit
3) human urine and poop inside the vehicle
4) pet urine and poop inside the vehicle
We encourage pet owners to have their pet wear diapers and pet shoes at all times. To avoid smudges, leaks, scratches, and foul odor on the vehicle seats, and avoid unnecessary additional charges.
ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, AND LOSS
In the case of accident, damage, or loss.
1) The client must immediately notify us and the nearest police station.
2) The client shall secure a police report and any other required documents.
3) The client shall be liable for the repair costs, insurance participation, loss of use, and other related expenses, unless otherwise covered by insurance.
4) The client agrees to pay just compensation for the vehicle's day/days' loss revenue, due to repair work or replacement if a partially damaged, totally damaged, or stolen vehicle.
SCRATCHES, DENTS, AND MINOR DAMAGE
1) The Vehicle is released to the client in good working condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
2) All existing scratches, dents, paint chips, and cosmetic damage are documented in the Vehicle Condition Checklist and acknowledged by the client before release.
3) Any new scratches or cosmetic damage not listed in the checklist and discovered upon return shall be presumed to have occurred during the rental period, unless proven otherwise.
4) The client agrees to pay for repair costs for new scratches as follows:
a) Light scratches (surface-level, polishable): Actual repair cost
b) Deep scratches (requiring repaints): Actual repair cost
c) Dents (with or without paint damage): Actual repair cost
d) Cracked or damaged body parts: Actual replacement cost
5) Repairs shall be assessed by the us or an accredited auto repair shop.
6) Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit, without prejudice to our right to claim additional costs if damages exceed the deposit.
7) Normal wear and tear (very fine surface marks from regular use) shall not be charged.
INSURANCE
Insurance coverage is subject to policy terms and exclusions. Any participation fee, deductible, or uncovered damages shall be borne by the client.
The maximum liability in case of severe damage, total loss, and/or total damage due to accident, theft, and Act of Nature is equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the vehicle’s value as stated in its current comprehensive insurance.
TERMINATION
We may terminate this Agreement immediately if the client violates any provision herein. Upon termination, the Vehicle must be returned immediately, and no refund shall be due to the client.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
The client agrees to indemnify and hold us free from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from the use or operation of the Vehicle during the rental period.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
The client acknowledges and agrees not to disclose any details of this agreement, including vehicle condition, pricing, and other private business information. A breach of this NDA may result in penalties and legal actions, including lawsuits for cyber libel, defamation, and any other potential legal actions.
RECORDING AND DOCUMENTATION
The client acknowledges that we reserve the right to record and document all communications and transactions related to the rental process, phone calls, emails, and other interactions. The client consents to this and acknowledges that such recordings may be used for dispute resolution or legal purposes as deemed appropriate by us.
CLIENT CARE AND PRIVACY
We guarantee 100% Privacy. We do not install “live streaming" hidden cameras and audio listening "eavesdropping devices" as a safety measure used by car rental firms.
All occupants and the driver are fully insured in case of accident up to Php 250,000 through MILESTONE GUARANTY AND ASSURANCE CORPORATION. (Insurance Terms and Conditions apply.)
